Add the desired product to the cart
After you have found the product you are interested in, and after selecting variations such as color if the product has them, and selecting a greeting card if you want one, add the product to the cart. You can open the shopping cart at any time on the page by clicking on its icon, and it is located at the bottom right of the page on all devices.

Quick overview of the shopping cart
By clicking on the shopping cart icon, you can see a quick overview of all items in the shopping cart. You can also select additional related products that may be suitable for you. By clicking on 'basket' you go to the basket page.

Cart page - check delivery address
On the shopping cart page itself, you have a detailed view of the individual items you plan to buy, their price, and the possibility of using a coupon if you have one. More importantly - you can enter your address here to check available shipping options. You can also do this at the next step - at checkout.

Go to order - payment and delivery options
After the shopping cart, you went to order. On this page, it is necessary to enter your information so that we can process the order. Delivery: it is possible to choose delivery to the address, and personal collection of the order at one of our locations. After you have filled in your information, selected shipping, select a payment method. For payment, we use the Stripe system, one of the most secure and largest payment systems in the world.
Note: If your delivery address is not in the zone where we deliver, the only remaining option is your personal pickup at one of our locations. If your address is suitable for our delivery, the system will automatically offer you a delivery option.

Order confirmation
After a successful payment, you will find yourself on the payment slip page. Here you can see your order number and other important information. You will also receive several emails:
- Invoice - after payment, you will receive an invoice in digital form by email.
- Order confirmation - you will receive an email with all items and information of your order, informing you that we have received it.
- Delivery notification - after the order has been delivered and completed, you will receive a confirmation of its completion.
