Flowers can be ordered through our web store, after you fill out the order form correctly, you will receive a notification that the order has been received.
The minimum delivery time for flowers after receiving an order is 3 hours, but we may be able to deliver them sooner if possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the exact delivery time, it is possible to choose a minimum period of 3 hours in which we will do our best to make the delivery.

Yes, if the order is placed by 12 PM, same-day delivery is possible.

The order can be placed 30 days before the delivery date, and no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the delivery date.
In this case, we contact the customer and try to deliver the flowers in another way. If this is not possible, we return the flowers to the flower shop and, if possible, try to deliver them again (with a delivery charge).
It is not possible to make the delivery at the exact time because it depends on other deliveries and traffic, all deliveries can be delivered during the delivery working hours (see working hours).

Questions about the order
You can order delivery through our web shop page or by visiting one of our flower shops in person.
All orders received and paid for by 12 noon (except Sundays) can be delivered the same day, orders placed after 12 noon can be delivered the next working day.
The minimum delivery time is 3 hours, if possible we will deliver the flowers earlier.
Delivery hours are Mon-Fri from 9am-3pm and Sat (Sun if we are working) from 9am-2pm.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver at the exact time because it depends on other deliveries and traffic.
